Insurance is a very important in our everyday life activities as it protect us from the known, there are health, auto, life insurance and other which are mean to guide and protect us in several ways in case of any incident. But in the situation where by you have been hoping you are well insured but you are not and the premiums of you have spent years paying which you always hope its their when ever you need it. What happens if is not? This is the question I want you to ask yourself today, that is the purpose of this to help you in what and what to do when such an ugly incident happen I.e when an insurance company has refuse to pay you your claims:

1. Demand For An Explanation
Demanding for an explanation is the first step and a wise move to take when an insurance company deprives you of your claims. This explanation will always come as a letter called denial letter. With this letter of explaination will now let you determin if the insurance company has a valid reason for what they did before taking the next step. With this letter you can address the insurance letter in an appropriate manner.

2. Assess The Situation
When an insurance company refuse to pay claim, situation assessment is a good option, this is simply going over to review the insurance policy to make sure that what happen is fully covered. For example if you have a car accident and you are not fully coverd with collision coverage, then you can file a damage claim sustain to your car.

3. Your Lawyer
Let your lawyer be aware of the latest happening of which you are refuse payment of claims, so he/she will help you take the right steps if the insurance company don’t have a good and valid reason for the act. Or even go to the state department in charge as they will take the right move to getting thing back to the normal way.

4. Always Keep In Touch
Keep in touch here is always contact the insurance agent or the insurance company representative to know the situation on ground as sometimes the insurance company decision may not be final, so keep contacting them to see the improvement.
